2. A machine that removes salt from salt water.

Usually, 97% of all world water is salt water and 2% is frozen in glaciers. Researchers are, however, working on a machine that uses solar power and removes salt from the water. Actually, MIT researchers have been able to create that machine in an eco-friendly and cost-effective way. The machine is able to make water completely healthy and drinkable.

3. Anti-shake spoons.

You can now find anti-shake spoons. The technology utilizes 360-degree stabilization thereby minimizing shaking by 85%. Often, individuals suffering from Parkinson’s disease or hand tremors experience difficulty while eating. The spoon was designed with these people in mind. Usually, the manufacturers use medical grade silicone as well as other safe materials in the production of this anti-shake spoon. When not being used, the spoon will shut off automatically.

4. Invention of green rice.

Usually, it is not rice which is green in color. Nevertheless, the rice is genetically modified. As a result, it offers more stability in areas where floods wipe out crop supplies. Basically, it is the genetical modification of seeds that make them withstand flooding. This technology could be as a huge as the green revolution that happened in the 1960s. Actually, crop doubled during green revolution. Because of this, green rice can offer a solution to the hunger problem.
